Shipping & Handling: We use Australia Post's parcel delivery system. Shipping and Handling costs added at the check out. If you require shipping to New Zealand or any Pacific Island countries please request a quote for shipping prior to placing your order. Delivery times vary according to your location and may take up to seven business days. Express shipping may take up to three business days.

Returns: We will accept the return or exchange of any item within fourteen days of you receiving the items. All items must be unused, in brand new condition and in the original packaging. If the items are not returned in the original condition the refund or exchange will be declined and the items will be returned to you.. For returns or exchanges the customer is responsible for all shipping charges from you to us and vice versa. Refunds may take up to three business days. Please choose your items carefully.

Warranty: We offer a three month warranty on our range of paddles due to faulty workmanship or materials. The warranty is voided where it is apparent the paddle has made contact with any hard surface other than a ball. A three month warranty applies to nets assuming that the net has not been the subject of misuse. There is no warranty on any other items in our product range. We reserve the right to make the final decision on any warranty claim
